Absolutely not. A User does not have to sign any contracts. Just read and accept the Website Regulations.

We are very flexible and do not bind Users to long subscription plans. The standard subscription period is 30 days and is not automatically renewed.

On the other hand, a User must ensure that the subscription is extended for the next month. Otherwise, he or she will lose access to their favorite programs and movies.

In the middle menu, click on the "Plans" link and select the plan you are interested in. After clicking the "next" button, you will be redirected to a form. Complete the form with your personal data and click "send".

In the window that will appear on the screen, enter your username or email address that you provided during the first registration and the current password. After that click "Log in".

After logging in, you will be redirected to your profile page. There you will be able to change your details or subscription plan.

To regain access to a User Account, click the "Lost your password?" link in the login form.

Then, in the "email" field, enter the email address provided during the first registration. A temporary password will be sent to this address, which you can use to log in to the Website again.

Definitely yes. We do not store your payment details. The entire payment process takes place through the global payment operator Stripe.

However, we store a User's email address, password, name, surname and gender and use them only for authorization on the Website aw well as for marketing communication and promotional offers.

We give you the opportunity to watch Polish and foreign TV channels, films and sports broadcasts.

On the Website you can watch content in SD (640p), HD (720p) and Full HD (1080p). To watch live content, a minimum internet connection speed of 1 Mbit/s or better is required.

In the EU, there is the principle of freedom of transit of television signals across borders, which allows the reception of television programs from other EU countries. There are also restrictions resulting from copyright or license. In such cases, certain content may only be available in certain countries.

The minimum recommended hardware requirements for the proper use of the Website are: Internet connection with a bandwidth of at least 1 Mbit/s or better, Firefox, Chrome or Edge browser in the latest version, Windows 10 or 11 operating system, possibly Android or iOS operating system in the latest version as well as enabling JavaScript and cookies support in the browser.

The Website's content can be viewed on a laptop, a desktop computer, a phone, a tablet or a smart TV. The above-mentioned devices must meet the minimum hardware requirements.

In the Free and Basic plans, you can only watch content on 1 device at a time.

In the Fan TV plan, you can watch content on 2 devices at the same time, and in the Connoisseur TV plan, on 3 devices at the same time.

At different times you can watch content on various devices.

No, we do not currently offer additional TV features. We are working on features such as TV program (EPG), recording (PVR) and rewind (Time Shift). We want to introduce these features soon. Please remember that not all broadcasters consent to the use of the above-mentioned functions in the Internet transmission.

Problems with receiving content on the Website may result from the use of equipment with insufficient technical parameters, incorrect firewall settings on the computer, the use of plug-ins and software that blocks video content, or the use of an Internet connection with a bandwidth of less than 1 Mbit/s. Additionally, pay attention to the number of simultaneous connections available in your plan.

Billing

Access to all Content requires registration. The Free plan is free of charge. Other plans require a fee.

To gain access to paid Services of the Website, registration and payment of the Fee is required. Select the plan you are interested in and pay via the Payments operator.

Access to free services is free of charge and requires only registration on the Website, without the need to pay a Fee.

To extend the subscription for another subscription period, log in to your account on the Website, go to the "Transactions" tab, and then pay by selecting the current or another subscription plan.

Yes, a User may take part in affiliate programs and promotions organized on the Website. 

In return, the User receives benefits, e.g. prizes or points. The benefits received may be exchanged for Services available on the Website or products and services offered by third parties outside the Website.

A User may resign from using the Website, not extend the subscription or delete their account. They can do this themselves or by sending a statement informing about resignation from the Services to the Website Administrator at the address: [email protected].

Access to the Services is activated only after receipt of the payment. It happens almost instantly when paying through the Stripe gateway. In case of a traditional transfer between bank accounts, it takes up to 2-3 business days. In special cases, please contact us at [email protected], describe the situation and attach confirmation of your payment.

On the Website, we use the global payment gateway from Stripe. The available payment methods within this gateway are: credit card, Blik, online transfer. We also offer payments via the PayPal platform and traditional transfers (instruction at a bank or post office).

Yes. In the event of cancellation of the Services, we will refund the amount of money equivalent to the time remaining until the end of the billing period, less the bank transfer costs and the payment operator's commission.
